pulled a “joe mcnally” while in missouri this past week. the sun had gone done and was nearly completely pitch black outside. i set about to manually focus the camera while having my uncle neil hold the sb-900 with warming gel attached (and set to 200mm). i took advantage of the d90′s commander mode to trigger the sb-900.
i took several shots but this is one of my favorites.
