i must confess that i don’t always get out and take pictures when i should. it’s hard when there’s only 3 hours of daylight and it’s -30F or colder. oh yeah, and batteries don’t last long either. one thing you can do to ensure that you get the shot is to bring several batteries and keep the spares in an inside pocket of your jacket to keep them warm.
