Fellow photographer Dave Partee invited me to join him at the Gold Run sled dog races at the Chena Lakes Recrecation Center over the weekend. The sun was out so the light was pretty harsh but a few good images snuck in here and there.
These dogs move fast! To freeze the action I shot mostly at 1/1000 of a second.
