As promised here are more images from Gold Run 2010 at Chena Lakes Recreation Center in North Pole, Alaska.

This is bat dog on the left. 

Both lead dogs below have worked up enough lather that they don’t even need shaving cream to shave!

This weekend is the North Pole Championships. If you’d like to come and take photos feel free. It’ll be a fun time!

Feb. 27-28 North Pole Championship at Chena Lakes Rec. Area (4 Dog, 6 Dog, & 10 Dog. Respective Mileages: 3.8, 6.5, & 12)

The start times according to www.sleddog.org are 10am on Saturday and Sunday.
