Merry April Fools Day!
These guys just can’t get enough seed from our feeder. Every morning as the sun comes up they are out there chirping away with the black-capped chickadees.

The trick to getting close to these guys was laying on my stomach from 25 feet away and approaching slowly like a worm. It took awhile to get in close but the birds didn’t all fly away either.
