Droplets and Flowers

Having two subjects in your image can make your photograph more dynamic or appealing.  In this case I’ve got a primary subject of the water droplets on the blade of grass and I’ve also got a secondary subject behind and above the droplets which is the wild flower.

I’ve place my primary subject in the lower right third and the secondary subject in the upper right third to help balance the image.

It took quite a bit to get the positioning just right to get both subjects into a pleasing frame but it was well worth the time and wet knees.

For more opportunities such as this be sure to join us for the next Alaska Photo Workshop on August 7 & 8.  Email me by July 24th to confirm your reservation.
