Blades of grass make their way at Lost Lake, Alaska during an evening sunset a few weeks ago.  I love the orange glow and reflection of trees in this photograph.

More mystical and romantic evening light from North Pole, Alaska.  A few stunted Black Spruce lace the foreground.  Of course stunted and Black Spruce is repetitive, but I digress.

The magical light beams slowly flicker out over the town of Fairbanks, Alaska.  This is the scene from my front porch looking west.  It’s sometimes hard to see the beauty in your own front yard so I’ve begun to look harder.
